I have been boarding my not-so-easy-to-deal-with dog here for the past six years and recommend them very highly! They have been patient and loving towards my boy and care for him so well. He seems to actually enjoy when I take him there! Additionally, they make it so easy if shots are needed, as they work closely with Lashley Animal Hospital, my dog's vet. I am always confident that my boy is in good hands with them and so thankful to have found Country Estate. A huge thank you to all of you!

I am very disappointed. My dog had an appointment for a bath and nail trim. The drop off was for 9:00am - I asked if I drop her off at 9 will she have her bath soon after? They said yes. I didn't want her there all day in a cage. So I dropped her off at 9:00. I called at 1:00pm not having heard anything. I was told she had not been bathed and didn't know when she would. They would call when done. Finally at 5:00 I received a call that she was done. REALLY?? 8 hours for a bath?? If I had any idea - I would not have brought her in until 4. They defiantly need to work on their scheduling. 7 hours in a cage waiting for a bath is ridiculous.

This is not the ideal place for your pet. First of all it's not clean. Every time I pick my dog up he smells and they spray an awful fragrance on him that makes the scent worse. Also they try to get me to pay for shots that he doesn't need. Meanwhile after I get home I have to care for him for a couple of days because he got ill from this place

They are attentive and our dogs are always excited to walk in. Gunny cannot wait to see his pup gang when he gets there. We appreciate their attention to our guys. Only thing we do not like is the cologne they some times put on them. Other than that we always use them for boarding.
