Do not I repeat do not work at this location! As an outbound. Especially under the manager name Kyle. Very rude! He had one female scanning they were boxes fill with furniture pieces over 100 something pounds. I was the stacker, I told him those I can not pick up its too heavy. He sent someone down to help but his attitude I didn't like and was very uncomfortable working under someone like that. I truly believe they try to over work the new employees. My second day and last day working there. I wish I could give them 0 stars!

Olivia at the rietz Ave baton rouge terminal is a liar and thief the drivers and managers need to be held accountable for missing packages and wrong house deliveries if they had to pay out of pockets for them they would stop taking them or delivering them to the wrong address... FEDEC IS THE WORST I HAVE EVER SEEN

One star is being too generous but won't allow me to put zero. Not only did they lose two packages coming to my business and give the run-around, they then proceeded to also lose the replacement shipments the supplier sent me a week later! Shameful of them to put business customers such as myself in the position of having to disappoint customers
