They want things done in a particular way or else you risk losing your assistance. They stamp stuff and then do not receive it until weeks later. It’s not easy making a 30 minute drive somewhere when your unsure if they will even help you. You can’t get ahold of any one, phone calls are never returned, what ever is going on over there is Ludacris! No one works

VERY HARD TO GET IN CONTACT WITH SOMEONE. If you missed your appointment you won’t able to contact them because their mailbox is full. So it’s hard to rescheduled or even check to see if you have an appointment
