Went in to get my hair Platinum blonde not at all what I anticipated. My hair came out brassy and some pieces at the top at whiter (which I was going for) . I ended up tipping than later to find out the back of my hair had spots left unbleached correctly. I came in within a two week span in hopes they can tone it and bleach the rest unfinished. It came out just as regular blonde even after waiting for another session . As a guy it isn't terribly noticeable but def not the style I went for… They also used hot water to rinse my hair during the shampoo/conditioner process which I thought was a universal known fact not to do especially when bleaching. I gave a two star rating because there was mo hassle at all to have it redone but obviously isnt the best place. Ill blame it on the stylist more than the location itself since this was my first few visits. I had a better turnout with a Barber with haircuts didnt expect the same with dying hair as well….
