When u hear the word horrible, that exactly what this miserable apartment is.. they will make your life miserable and u will think that u just purchased your tickets to HELL. Especially that so called Vivian or what ever her name is ,she's just to irresponsible to manage that properties. Shes a very rude, and also an inconsiderate human being i have ever come across with. She lacks work ethics. This apartment needs to be shot down! Period!!!! Please dont , especially apartment 22c..

After 35 years being a home owner, I recently lease a small one bed apartment at Laurel Grove Complex. I was very worried not of the complex but the surrounding area and traffic /mall. I wanted a remolded apartment but unfortunately they did not have one available but I'm not disappointed. I have been here almost three months and I must say I am very happy with my choice, with rents being ridiculously extremely expensive I'm not paying as high as the other complexes!!! Cassie and Vivian are very helpful and friendly. I'm pleased!

Imperfect Gem

Haven't had AC in 3 months. I've submitted several work orders, no response. No one is ever in the office. I have also, submitted work orders for other things that need to be fixed. No one ever responds. This is the worst place to live. Summer is coming, the place is extremely hot and I have my newborn in the evenings when my BM goes to work. This is not the conditions to be in... unable to get the number to corporate due to the fact the office is always closed when ever I stop by and no one answers the phone. RIDICULOUS!!!! WORST PLACE EVER TO LIVE!!!! And not to mention the manager did not even want to compensate me for the months I spent without A/C. If you're looking to live in Orange Park - this apartment complex is definitely not it.

The girls in the office are very very nice and welcoming, the new maintenance man seems to respond quickly. I called the emergency line and he called me back in 5 minutes. I'm happy living here with my daughters, I like my apartment and I love I have quiet neighbors.
