E & D succeeds again! I failed to make a deal with multiple local towing services for various reasons: insufficient trucks, being tied up with the Sheriff's Department, going straight to voicemail, and taking over an hour to arrive. But not Daniel! He underbid another local quote by $125! I was sure to give him a big tip for being open, honest & sincere. He was also very up-to-date with technology for communication and accommodation of my complex neighborhood entry. The only reason I didn't call E & D immediately this time was because I forgot they were ALREADY IN MY CONTACTS! But when I finally got to their name (down the local listings), their info popped up on my phone and I realized I should have called them FIRST. Now I have their contact saved as "TOW COMPANY", aka the only one I should EVER think to call! Thank you E & D!! (2 years ago) E & D already had a 5 star rating & I got just what I expected: no BS. Service was on-time, quick to hookup, and flexible w/instructions. Plus I was happy with my quote. Daniel is a friendly professional dude right here from Moval. Thank you!
