First time eating at a Pieology and we were very happy with our experience. It reminded us of a favorite pizza chain back in MD. Building the pizza is fun, and the house pizza flavors looked yummy. I ended up getting the Fire Grilled BBQ Chicken pizza, thick crust. My daughter made her own. The crust had a nice balance of chewy and crispy. I really enjoyed the fresh cilantro and BBQ drizzle on top. We grabbed a cookie for dessert - I recommend the Reese's Peanut Butter cup! Will go again!
