If I would leave it with no stars I would. First day they had my GMC it was there for 6 hours an I finally called to get an update. She didn’t know anything said she would call me back. When she did she was sorry she didn’t know the mechanic went home early an nothing has been done in my gmc. The recalls can on be done at a good morning dealer. Had to get my gmc without anything be fixed or I would be without a vehicle over the weekend. 6 days later finally was able to take it back cause I work 12 hour days. Again dropped it off at 8a when they opened an waited till 3:45p a called again to get an update cause still no word on how the progress was. Was told it was done just didn’t have the paperwork done yet but EVERYTHING was completed that it went in for. NOT ONE TIME did they offer a discount for the inconvenience of having to return twice for this. Picked it up an paid full price. After looking over the bill seen one recall wasn’t even done! Part said backorder. Not one time did they tell me cause she, Jennifer, said everything I took it in for was done. I took it for 2 recalls( was not for that I wouldn’t have gone here at all), one warranty cause of part issue, and alignment (which has something else listed stating I refused an only front was done an I don’t know what that is either!). Worse service I have ever had. Still didn’t get the recalls taken care of so after having to take it in twice cause of their service issues I still didn’t get everything fixed like their personal said. Lied to and not once offered anything to make up for it. This is why I have avoided here. I hear things like this but hoped it would be different personally going here. And it wasn’t. I won’t return. I will have to find another gm dealer for my recall an once again miss more work over this.

Employees wear masks. Their doors are posted saying mask must be warn, but the employees mentioned to me that I didn't need to wear one.
They don't service anything. They take your money and don't fix your car.
