Wonderful customer service from James he went above and beyond to find a car that is very hard to find these days also he even drove all the way to Peoria and back to get it for us also he explained everything we needed to know answered all of our questions as well also finance manager was great too great customer service from start to finish I highly recommend this dealership, *side note went to another chevy dealership the day before and they laughed at my price point on a used car jokes on them autonation chevrolet found the car in our price point brand new!*

I am frustrated and dissatisfied with Autonation's processes respect for their customers and their time. I have had multiple occasions where I take my C8 Corvette in for an APPOINTMENT for work that should only take several hours or even a day (oil change for example) on Monday and after not hearing anything calling later in the week to find out it hadn't been started! After several iterations of this I went to Service Management and was told bluntly and appointment is not a commitment for them to start work but a planning tool for them to know it was there for work?? Did I expect them to have technicians waiting around for my car to come? I have NEVER heard of a dealer taking this approach. In good faith I make an appt vs drop off hoping to minimize my lack of vehicle (they do NOT offer loaners) and they treat it/me as catch as catch can? This issue got so bad I wrote I wrote to the General Manager (who has a 4ft tall placard on the sales floor saying to contact him if not COMPLETELY SATISFIED). and told him all of my concerns with examples. The response was the service advisor calling me and saying the GM said I wanted to talk to him and not knowing why? Also, I have a c8 Corvette and needed an alignment. Two years AFTER the C8 was released they STILL did not have the capability to do and alignment as they didn't have the tools. And $80K car you cant align? I just had my last service with them and will NEVER go back BASED ON THEIR MANAGEMENT practices. I believe the Service Advisor is doing the best he can under the rules he has to follow and I have NO ISSUE with techs once it gets to them. ADDING 10/21 - If whoever (it says the owner, I doubt it) wrote the Autonation response below read what I wrote they would know I have already emailed with the General Manager and he did NOTHING except have the initial rep I was working with call me and ask me what I wanted. Even the phone number listed is the general number for the dealership. Not even the direct number to the Gen Mgr. Autonation has my number. They can call if they want but I have no idea what they could say.

Yes! I did. They sell keys and keyfobs. But there are also some charges to be aware of. There is a charge to lookup your key cut design from GM. And there is a charge to program the key fobs. Make sure they all work before leaving.

I have perfect credit and I have bought 2 cars here. I took my son and daughter in to buy cars. They are first time car buyers and has no credit . They both got 14k cars with 2k down. They want to sell you a car. But understand it's the banks who finance you . Try to get prequilified. Also see about credit unions .

Thomas was really good when we bought our car
If James Carlson's suggestion does not provide you with results I just got a 2017 Chevy spark and it had a plate braket for the front I wont be using.
