I don’t work there or any other home health care facilities, but I do see Frudenthal and other nurses in scrubs anywhere and everywhere where I go out to eat and stuff and I recommend professional, rookie, and future nurses this place as they are way better than Help at Home LLC where some of my friends used to work at. Help at Home Stinks and Frudenthal rules!

The HR and Management Team. Shelby, Jenifer , Carla. Are very unprofessional rude and arrogant. They Lie Manipulate. And harass clients family’s and employees and their families. When asked not to call at times outside of normal business hours. They continue to call and harass. And when asked not to call anymore and why! Shelby Rudely calls back to make sure she could get her point across. And laugh when I spoke. As well as talk over me as I tried to speak. Very arrogantly tried to bully me on the phone. Like they do the employees. They have no regard for Human decency or peoples personal and private lives. They Have on several accounts put clients in Danger. By knowingly sending hurt and sick workers to Clients homes and facilities. Knowing they cannot perform the duties required to safely care for the client. Or protect the client from illness. I would definitely consider other options. When considering putting your loved ones care in someone’s hands other than the families.

I had a right knee replacement in 2020 with subsequent surgeries on the same replaced knee. Keith at Freudenthal provided my home PT/rehab on my knee in 2021. Keith was and is fantastic. Keith knows his PT stuff. Keith has a great temperament and empathy for doing PT. I also appreciate his giving me a heads up when he'll arrive at my home if he's running early or a few minutes late. I had revision right knee replacement in January 2022 on the same knee. I have so much confidence in Keith's abilities as a PT that I specifically requested Keith for my current PT therapy eighteen months later. I highly recommend Keith for not only my PT/Rehab needs but my family or anyone else's PT needs.

Freudenthal provided our family with the absolute best care we could have asked for. The staff, nurses, social workers & chaplain were caring and professional always listening and taking care of our families needs at all hours. We only had their services for 3 and a half weeks, but they made it as stress free as possible and have made follow up contact afterwards. We highly recommend this great group of professionals.
