Renting an RV from Neff Brothers RV was a great experience. From pickup to drop off I have no complaints with the service Neff provided. I had never been in an RV before, but my family decided we should rent one for an out of town trip instead of staying in a hotel. We got the shortest class C they had and it was perfect for my family of 4. Driving the RV was easier than I expected it to be. It was a little loud on the interior when driving at highway speed, but the joy of using the RV while parked more than made up for that mild discomfort. I would definitely rent from Neff again. Now that I've experienced class C, maybe we'll move up to the smallest class A they have next time. Who knows?

Neff Brothers RV and especially Angela saved our trip last month to the Football Hall of Fame! We had originally leased a 3rd party RV only to find out it was a scam. After searching everywhere between Indy and Canton OH. for another RV we came across Neff Brothers. Angela went out of her way to find a RV that would meet our needs at the very last min. The entire experience was very pleasant and we actually ended up having a nicer RV that met our needs even better. Every company should be run the way Angela and her entire staff treated us. I would recommend this small business to anyone looking to rent a RV. Thank You Angela!!!!

It was so simple to rent from Neff Brothers. They explained everything really well on the RV. The RV itself was nice and clean, and had no major issues during our trip. They were very flexible even after we almost had a last minute change due to personal reasons. Would definitely recommend and will be back in the future.

We had a change of plans, very last minute, and needed an RV. We hadn't rented from Neff before, but they were great! I used the text feature and the manager contacted me to start the process. She was able to accommodate us with the size we needed on Memorial Day weekend, from one day to the next. She saved our vacation. The RV was brand new and very comfortable for our family of four. All in all it was an easy process to rent, pick up and drop off. I'd highly recommend them and will use them in the future (with more planning time!).
