Too busy. Waited almost 20 minutes for a notary I was told would be about 5 minutes, then had to leave for an appointment. Lots of people arrived after me and waiting too.

Poor customer service and crowded all the time. There are better banks out there try one of them. Bank of America is awful!

Call them. Oh ya, they don't answer the phone.
As I recall, there was a coin counting machine in the lobby of the Bank of America that would count the coins for you, and hand you a receipt but you took to the teller and she would give you the money. But I haven't been there in a couple of years, so things may have changed.
