To the priest who said reconciliation is not a Drive Thru and to Bishop Vasquez. Fr. You are correct reconciliation is not a drive thru. The sad thing is that McDonalds, Wendy’s, and Chick-fil-A, to name a few, offer great customer service because they will serve those that have been waiting in line and made it before closing time until they are all serviced. I am sad and disappointed that you a PRIEST doesn’t care to service your people your flock, the children God entrusted you with. Sadly you are not the only one, many priests don’t care about serving their people they only care about being served they want it their way and don’t care what the people have to say. When Jesus was on this earth he SERVED his disciples, he came to serve us, HE DIED ON THE CROSS FOR US!! He was humble and I pray to God that you can find that humility to serve your people. Bishop I hope you take the time to listen to your people, because they are suffering. Then Jesus said, "Father, forgive them. For they know not what they do." -Luke 23 : 34

As a newcomer to Central Texas, I feel right at home at St Helens. In my home Town I was accustomed to the kind welcoming of my church and the opportunities to volunteer and participate. St Helen provides this, and the sermons provide a great understanding of the liturgical word. I LOVE the serenity that fills my heart and mind after attending Mass. Can't wait till I begin to volunteer💝
