Customer service very bad you have to wait always up to one hour plus you never get the help you needed. and the apps very slow. I'm submitting my papers for benefits so many times I'm still getting denied, I really dont know what else they need in massachussetts I used to have the benefits no problems at all. In Texas is so difficult to have it specially if you work. Mental stress.

Omg good luck I did this You have to call CO and cancel which can take up to 30 days then once canceled print proof and apply in TX then that approval will also take up to 30 days. Goodluck
