The Dr. Is great however the staff does not know what service is. I got the run around. I was told I had to pay $109.00 for my glasses. I didn't question it at the time. When I got home I called Medicare and was told they paid up to $200.00. I called and asked for a refund. I had to call several times and different answers everytime. I live 1 1/2 hrs from Georgetown. So I just can't drive there to talk face to face. The last thing I was told that they would refund the card that I used to pay for them. I told them it wss my SS card and you can't add money to it. I stood in their lobby for and had to repeat myself my DOB, address, phone mumber. There were four behind the desk. One of them said they could put it on another card, another one said they could not. I asked to speak the office manager. Get this I was told there was not one on site? They finely said they would have the main office send my a check. NEVER NEVER WILL I STEP IN THIS OFFICE AGAIN.

Dr. Karamchandani was super friendly and very knowledgeable. Took the time to explain everything to me and why she was recommending what she was. They also saw me on time and I didn't have to wait around. Fantastic experience and would highly recommend!

Sloan is GREAT ! Communication within is HORRID. Was supposed to have the specialist call and set up openings for my son. She texted a couple times and haven’t heard from her since. It’s been a month or so. They HARDLY answer the phone. I called 3 times today to get sent to voicemail. Got a text asking what they could help with and they didn’t respond to that. Finally on the 4th try they answered. I also called a few times the other day at various hours and no answer at all that day. Ashley, in the glasses department it great.

Dr. Karamchandani and the whole staff was so kind and patient! Dr. K asked me thorough questions about my eye history and paid close attention to my concerns about my vision issues. She was detailed in her explanation of next steps and wrote everything down for me. The staff at the front was friendly and efficient and I felt well taken care of! Highly highly recommend Dr. Karamchandani at TSO!
