I purchased two pairs of prescription readers from Zenni Optical in 2020. One pair was replaced after breaking a month after I purchased them. The second pair was out of warranty so I had to buy new frames. On Monday, May 3, 2022, the pair in which I replaced the frames broke again! I called Visionworks and explained that I had purchased my glasses elsewhere and wondered if they would repair them in spite of. The gentlemen I spoke with was so kind and understanding. He even warned me that depending on the spot in which my glasses broke, they may not be able to repair them. Worst case scenario, I may have to have the lenses set in a new pair of frames. The young lady who helped me went above and beyond to find the right pair of frames for me. I also received a the current promotion which saved me 50% off my purchase! When it is time for my next eye exam, I plan to return to Visionworks to buy my lenses and frames. To the Wolf Ranch team THANK YOU for your setting the standard in EXCELLENT customer service! I will be back soon :)
