Made appointment 24 hrs in advance for a physical. It's now more than an hour past my appointment time. With no end in site. This place is a joke. What good is a appointment if they are not going to make any effort to try and keep it. And no they are not busy at all.

No. I don't think you need an appointment for the covid test if you think you are suffering from any of the symptoms. The office creates an appointment I believe relatively close to your phone call.
If you buy their plan, first time is like $150> .some were around there.
