As someone who has been dealing with mental health for most of my life I can confidently say that the team at willow wellness is the most helpful, compassionate, and professional I have ever had the pleasure to work with. Dr csapo is an actual gem of a human being and im very grateful to have been referred to them.

Dr. Ilona Csapo is absolutely brilliant. Words cannot express how truly thankful I am for her. She’s extremely compassionate and takes the time to listen. The world needs more ppl like her! Kim Skelton is equally as great. She is extremely attentive to her clients needs and also shows true compassion. Schedule with her if you can for sure!

After about 15 years of going through a plethora of all kinds of therapists and not clicking with any one of them, I found myself in the cozy office of Kim Skelton. In the past, I've had a really difficult time opening up to therapists, but Kim made me feel so at ease from our very first session. She's so approachable and easy to talk to and never judgmental no matter what I confide in her. She has the biggest heart of anyone I've ever met. She makes me feel supported and loved and I always feel better knowing she's rooting for me to get better. Kim is also very accessible. If I need to reach her when I'm having a crisis, I can and she almost immediately answers my texts (unless she's in a session with someone else which is what a good therapist would do). But Kim's not just a good therapist. She's the best therapist you'll ever work with. Trust me. I've worked with them all. (Well, it feels that way anyway.) She's exemplary at her job and as a person. I wish I could be more like her and she's become a role model for me. I feel like I'm not doing Kim justice. Words just don't describe what a loving soul she is. I'm so very, very lucky to have found her and am incredibly blessed to have her as my therapist. Because Kim has saved my life multiple times. I wouldn't be here today if it weren't for her. I've also seen a whole lot of psychiatrists over the years. I tell ya, psychiatrists are a strange lot. At least, I thought so until I met Dr. Csapo. Despite having an impressive education (she went to Dartmouth!), Dr. Csapo is down-to-earth and never talks down to me like a lot of psychiatrists have in the past. I'm a tough case when it comes to getting the right "drug cocktail," but Dr. Csapo, the most knowledgeable psychiatrist I've ever known, tried everything she could think of - even unconventional treatments I'd never heard about. And she stuck with me until we found something that lifted the veil of depression quite a bit. She's also very accessible and answers my texts quickly. Dr. Csapo is easy to talk to and I'm very blessed to have her in my life as well. So if you're struggling with mental illness(es) and feel as though you've tried everything to get better, please know there is hope. You'll find hope and joy (and lots of adorable doggies) at Willow Wellness and Recovery Center.
