Hours are pitiful. Two pools, but you only can usually use the one and only part of it because the life guards claim they can't see. Kids peeing in the pool and the water feels greasy.

The place is beautiful unfortunately the people who are in charge give you a hard time, we went yesterday July 23, 2022 around 2 pm they made us wait 1 hour to be able to enter a second group because it was full the establishment, after we entered they asked us to wait 30 minutes to enter the pools because they were cleaning them, then we had to wait 30 more minutes because lightning could be heard in the distance and that a storm was coming, at 4 they told us to wait 15 minutes and they will be able to enter and in the end at 4.15 they took us all out because they were going to close the establishment, they charged us and did not let us bathe and when we asked for the money back they showed us a sign that they did not refund money, it fits mention that that sign was covered with a book where the people who entered were registered, and given the chance that the entire group that entered at 3 pm was not asked to register, surely they had already planned to meet I know with everyone's money, what we most regret is having spent almost 2 hours with children waiting in the sun and the children anxious to bathe in the pools that in the end we could not use... 10 minutes after closing the 4 people who were in charge got ready to take a good bath in the pools that according to them they were cleaning and that nobody could use... these people are SCAMMERS be VERY CAREFUL
