Huge place, don't usually go here but probably won't again, only two people helping customers and one made a point to run away as soon as I got in line leaving only one girl to help customers. She acted like I wasn't there for a while I had to stare at her for a good minute before she offered to help. She didn't seem too thrilled to be there.

Banks do not do the appraisal, you have to hire a real estate appraiser to do the appraisal. Most banks have a list of appraisers in the area.
I pray that no one ever goes through financial hardships and bank with the Sanford SECU. They are very heartless. I can't imagine banking with this branch ever againg. Showing signs of prejudice and hearts of stone.
