Management worst ever seen. Employee didn’t take card info. Manager calls and blames it on client that he will call the sheriff if not paid when client agreed to pay balance. Unbelievable worst management

Would have rated 0-5 if I could have. Worst place I have ever worked with. Refused to help with title registration. We purchased a boat from them 7 months ago. Hands down worst service ever. Do not ever purchase from chatlee.

A + service and sales . My sales rep Kipp Thompson went above and beyond for my recent purchase of a waverunner . I have been in business myself for 30 years and when I see a company that has been around since 1967 and most of their employees have been employed there for 20 plus years , that tells me allot about ownership and dedication to staff and customer satisfaction . If you have a problem during your service or purchase , they will go above and beyond to correct it and make you a customer for life .I am a repeat customer. Purchased my first pair of waverunners from them 20 years ago . In fact , I think Kipp was my salesman back then as well . You can’t find dependable and dedication like that nowadays but you will at Chatlee. My number one choice ! I will be back
