They ruined my antique Chinese rug. Before I got a chance to see the damage, I had them pack it for moving as I was leaving the state of CA. When I rolled the rug out at my destination in Chicago, I found that the rug had been all stretched out and did not fit the area it was measured for before it was cleaned. It was at least four inches larger. Now, it's losing all of its fibers. When I walk across the rug my shoes end up with red fibers all over them (it's a beautiful red rug, or at least, it was). When I put my feet up on the ottoman I have in my living room, red fibers from the rug get all over it. This was an original, 1920s Chinese rug that I can't tell you how much I paid for. It should have lasted me my lifetime and someone else's as well. Now, I worry it won't last another two years, and I'll never be able to replace it. That's the worst part of it. I won't go into their communication issues. Just be wary if you've got a real, antique, wool Chinese rug.
