my wife and I visited SBI San Jose office on Aug 31 to open an account. We are senior citizens. Staff Vaidehi and Swapna were very courteous to us and patiently explained the bank terms and procedures to open account. Very pleasant experience.

I reached today ie on May 25, 2019 to the Branch and it was closed. Even security guard outside Branch was not aware. Only yesterday I had called and California HO of Bank had confirmed that Branch would remain open. What a service SBIC ?

SBI California Branch USA have sent me E mail stating that SMS alert charges 13000INR is required to deposit to transfer my amount in my account of India .Please clarify whether it is necessary to deposit as my SBI account already have fascility.
