After being here for close to two years there’s a lot to be desired. The laz a faire attitude is nice if you don’t want to be bothered by management but they take it a step further. Pest control is not great, the outdated amenities are nice when they are working which hardly ever are; AC in the gym never working, front gate never closed, dog parks are horribly kept and the grounds people would rather blow grass on your porch then where intended. The lack of care from the management company by closing the rent deposit slip so you basically have to go during working hours shows no empathy; that along with my car being stolen and the company trying to charge me for having me key stolen is comical. They don’t care. Just want your money and continue on.

The apartments are good. But the walls are so thin you can hear everything your neighbors are doing, though.

I have been here for over a year. My apartment is quiet, my neighbors are polite. My apartment was clean and well taken care of when I moved in. My maintenance requests are handled quickly. I have had no issues living here that you won’t have at any other apartment complex. Don’t let the bad reviews get to you, this complex is great.

My husband and have been living here a little short of 12months. Our experience has been nothing but the best. The leasing office staff have been very understanding, accommodating and kind. The apartment is in great shape, parking is limited since it is on a first come, first serve basis. The landscape and outdoor services are well taken care of. The apartment walls are very thin and you can hear neighbors/dogs barking. You get what you pay for and I would say the affordable price you can't beat !
