Beginning Saturday, March 3, 2018, will open every Saturday (besides those connected to holidays, such as Memorial Day) for the foreseeable future.

If you bring all the necessary documents, I believe you can do all that in one visit. It's definitely best to schedule your visit ahead of time (online), but in my recent experience I wasn't asked what I wanted to get done until I arrived in person for my appointment. I got two things done (got an SC license and registered a vehicle), so I don't see why you wouldn't be able to get three things done in one visit.

Usually it's proof of address, like a piece of mail... And it doesn't really cost that much to get it changed.... When I went recently to get mine done they didn't ask me for anything.... Just the paper work on the clipboard. Write it on that....

It's pretty much like taking the driver's test,,, but it can sometimes be more like an exam almost in someways... It just depends on wither or not the standards are the same and haven't changed....

I'm not sure but you can go on their website or call them. They are very friendly and helpful to make sure that they can help you with all your questions and needs.

They do driving tests until 1 pm, you can do a walk in as long as you get there before 12pm. Hope this helps

You have to make an appointment they only do them certain times and days and they are booked but you have to make an appointment online for the driving test

I would think you would have to call the police. Take their license & take a picture of vehicle. Its unfortunate that so many people don't care about the people that ARE handicapped and use those just to take a few steps off their walk! I'm sorry if you are the one that needed that space. Yes, I scheduled an appt for sc address change last week of April. Embarrassed to say that May 10 is a mandatory state holiday in sc for confederate memorial day. Smh...

Well you can go to the dmv and be a walk in and wait for two hours, or you can go to the scdmv website and sign in for an appointment. When you go on the day and time they always take appointments first. You will not have to wait in line for two hours if you do this.

Yes by the law in South Carolina the dealer can do this or you have to go to the dmv.

If you have SC drivers license, you just need to go into DMV, because they don't issue first time gold star real ID online through the mail. I took birth certificate and proof of residency (power bill) along with my current drivers license, but I didn't need them, because my license was current and not out of date.

I agree worse ever!!! Same thing happened with me. Had an appointment and waited 1 1/2 not only that. I brought the paperwork i needed but they told me not enough. Went back 4 days later. NO APPOINTMENT. Got in and wasnt asked for the paperwork tge other lady told me to bring. What the world they doing there So your question? Good luck

They take walk-ins but your wait will be shorter with an appointment.

You would have to go in person as they cannot give specific info over the phone. You can call the local office, leave a message and they'll return the call to give general info.
