We really enjoyed our stay. Our room was the perfect size for my husband, my daughter and I . Such a cute little roadside motel that has been renovated. Everything was spotless and the owners were great. We will definitely be back. Within walking distance to town but far enough back to be peaceful.

Newly remodeled, affordable ,friendly staff and rooms are very clean .A short walk to downtown Gatlinburg. We very much enjoyed our stay and will be back again.

This is an old school, US Highway, mom and pop operation. It's in a great location. It's extremely quiet. The pool looks nice, however I didn't use it. It's easy walking distance to everything that you want to do in town, so you don't need to drive around. They don't have any of the frills of the big box hotels, such as a business center or a gym or free breakfast. It makes up for it in being quiet, very clean, and accessible to town.

Great small motel near downtown Gatlinburg! Walking distance to everything. We stayed in unit #11, and it was just perfect for my husband and me. The room was very clean. I loved the outdoor area with a swing, chairs, and firepit. There are also rocking chairs in front of the units. Definitely 1000% recommend and, for sure, would stay here if in the area again 😊
