Very helpful staff! Tia is the best- she helped me figure out the best option on how to ship my multiple packages overseas without rushing me

Only one clark worked at front desk in the morning and there were at least 10 people on the waiting line. This clark spent almost 20 to 30 minutes to talk with one customer regardless of a long line.

Forever stamps are "forever" equivalent to the current price of a first-class stamp. Even if the price of a regular stamp increases, your forever stamps are still equivalent to that new value. As a millennial... ;) my assumption is that the maintenance and balance of 2c, 3c, etc. supplies in home and office was frustrating for the consumer (as well as the USPS), so the shift to forever stamps is likely a streamlining of those concerns. Yes, people can buy forever stamps in bulk, but it is unlikely that the USPS loses money *because of* the move to forever stamps since USPS keeps the customer happy, organized, and frugal--as well as factoring in the unlikely possibility in which all stamps will get used, which offsets the margin.
This isn't really the place to ask this question. They'll have no bnb idea who u are or what you're talking about. You need to go to your post office. Dont you have a tracking number?
There should be a pick up schedule on the mailbox. If it wasnt in service it would be locked shut, or removed
You need to email them or do a live chat. Talking to humans is obviously outdated.
