This place is slow and rude. They never have the prescriptions filled and you have to wait. I’m not sure if they don’t trust the community or that the customers can pay. I was sitting in line in the drive through and instead of apologizing for the long wait they said were short. I only drove over because I was on hold for 45 minutes and figured this would be quicker. When I got here there were no cars in line. Idk why we choose this pharmacy, maybe just because you can walk here from home. But just getting diagnosed with Covid I’m just looking for help, I have $$. Just do your job and act like you have a sense of urgency and empathy.

Currently in the process of discussing issues with this pharmacy with corporate. After calling this pharmacy and explaining we live nearly 25 mins away (closest pharmacy), and we are on our way to pick up emergency antibiotics, the phone attendant who was immediately rude on the phone regarding doing the most basic functions of her job, like checking the voicemail so that prescriptions are filled, finally did her job and said it would be done by the time I made the drive there. I get there, wait in line for almost 30mins with my child, get to the window and they close the blinds in my face for “lunch” from 1:30-2. I’ve never encountered a CVS that “closes for lunch”. So now I will have driven a half hour, just yo wait another hour for my prescription, because of the incompetence and laziness of this location’s staff. There are numerous reviews like mine complaining about the failures of this location, and we shouldn’t stop until they were all fired and replaced with competent employees.

Dropped my sons prescription off at 11am said they’d be ready in 2/3hrs!!!!! Cool! I came back at 5pm to get them and they’re still NOT READY! how???? My son has breathing problems and needs this medication this is just ridiculous! They called at 3 also didn’t leave a vm and i of course couldn’t get through when I tried to call back! Will be using a different pharmacy from now on!

I went in there to drop off a UPS package, it would have been quick but the poor lady was having trouble working the scanner and it took about 5 minutes for her until she went to ask someone else. I wasn't in a rush so it didn't bother me and she was older but very attentive, as soon as I walked in she saw my package and took me to the counters to get started.
