A perfect experience! I have been driving Honda's since 1987. We went in looking for a new pickup, we have a 2012 Ridgeline but my wife will not let it go. We were shown the selections and made our choice. The salesperson was very knowledgeable, the manager made the deal easy so we drove home in a new pickup. Service, speed, smiles and knowledge. You just cannot ask for more.

The "old man" was kind enough to find the car we saw online and directed us to the Chevrolet Cadillac location in Denison. We ended up buying a new Chevrolet Equinox out of the showroom floor, instead of the vehicle that sparked our interest.

Stopped by to ask for 2 blank documents as I was buying a used car from an individual and needed them for title transfer. Classic commercials always talk about being the " friendly community dealer" so I didn't think it was a big deal to ask for 2 blank documents. I had the very unpleasant experience to talk to William Kasanji, apparently the GSM according to their commercials. He was very rude, arrogant and condescending to me immediately. Saying they had no blank documents or access to them. I said to him "so much for being the friendly community dealership" . He actually jumped up out of his chair and came towards me shouting as I was leaving . Insisting to me that there was no way for him to provide me with the requested documents. After leaving there I stopped at another car dealership close by and they immediately helped me out and provided the documents I had requested. I was shocked by the behavior of the person at Classic who is supposed to be their leader. The owner replied to my review accusing me of using profanity on their showroom, which is a flat out lie. The other dealer did not have hard copies, but printed them from the web. Your accusations are false and I take offense to you slandering my name. Just goes to prove why car dealers have such a bad reputation. You have made this go from bad to worse because of your lies. Why can't you just admit William was wrong and reprimand him for his conduct and apparently lying to you the owner about what happened.

I have no idea what's going to cost to fix a Ford since classic of Texoma doesn't have Ford Motor Products. However they are a Quality dealership that treats you right when you buy a car and treat you even better after the purchase in the service department never had a problem with them.
They have a particular service they use and can even drop your vehicle after hours. Call your service department and they can set up or give you the wrecker service no
