This location does not allow for the toyota care 30 day courtesy, like all other locations do. The toyota care is a 2 year courtesy of free oil changes and tire rotations. I was a few days outside of that period (YES thats on me), however both Dallas AND Mckinney Toyota advised me (happily) that there is a grace period for toyota care customers of 30 days. The Texoma location does not do that (which the other locations advised was "strange" because from their understanding all locations provide that courtesy) not sure what else differs between the Texoma location and every other Toyota dealership, but i recommend taking the time to head to the Mckinney location, they advised they would "love to have me" and upon arrival it absolutely showed! Response to your message on my review: I did ask for the cost on an oil change, i was told it was about 70.00 and at no point did i act unwilling to wait for anything. I waited quite a while just to get the information that i got and i didnt mind the wait. i guess Bill didnt mention that i asked for the cost on the oil change (showing interest). i am not sure how i can be incorrect if the other 2 toyotas i called said they could take care of it. Dont go to Service there, staff was kinda rude and acted like they couldnt find our information there made it seem like it was a chore for them to help us, never had any problems like this at any Toyota of Dallas, Irving, or Mckinney. When they found out my girlfriends Toyota care was a couple days out of date acted like they were not gonna help us anymore and walked off even when we were trying to ask for a quote on a oil change though theres a 30 day grace period they are supposed to follow for any Toyota dealership, So went to Toyota of Mckinney and they took care of it with no problems. Avoid Toyota service there if they can get out of working they will.

BUYER BEWARE! Finance manager TODD BLACK will be the biggest snake in your deal once you get into his office! He gave me a bank finance rate that seemed very high but he said that it was all the banks are offering at this time due to the current economical climate. I believed the detailed story and closed the deal with hopes to refinance in the near future sometime once we get a real president in office. Called the lender a few days later and was told that my credit score pinged at a lower finance rate, almost 3% lower. But at this point it is to late to change anything and the lender told me it will be 6 months or 6 payments before they could submit all the paperwork for refinancing at a lower rate. I recommend anyone shopping for an auto mobile to shop around for bank rates before you even think about going to Classics dealerships. Never again, I have learned the hard way that not all dealerships are looking to develop a relationship, some are looking for extra commission but adjusting the finance rate to a higher number. Again TODD BLACK is his name!
