John is an asset to the USPS. The guy needs to be paid at least $40/hr !!! Is the kind of person you find 1 in 1000. The manager is also very nice and so are the rest of the employees. The facility is spacious and more importantly always very clean

I politely left a note in my mailbox for the second time for the driver to stay on the pavement, he watched me fix this issue with water in the summer, shovel in hand I directed him to drive on it to me to deliver my packages. Now that we have all this snow everything is saturated. He keeps driving onto grassy area causing another rut and slinging mud all over my mailbox. On top of all that he did not pick up my outgoing mail he just left it. I am not getting 1/3 of my packages due to USPS covid freak out. Wear gloves and a mask. Germs can't live long on inanimate objects. Is there something I did to you? No

Post office after a year stopped delivering my dad's mail costing him fees at the bank and almost costing him his insurance. Called to find out what was going on the guy was being rude saying our delivery guy has 800 and some routes can't know everyone's name and address when I get rude back letting him know that's their job he starts talking over me not wanting to hear it. Heart surgeons put in thousands of hearts they can't say oh well we can't know we didn't get one in. Do your job and learn customer service grrrrrrr, Instead of causing another issue try to fix why someone called in. I wouldn't have got rude but I show respect to people that show it to me. 100% uncalled for
