We came in for lunch on a Sunday and it was packed but we were immediately sat and served which was nice. We put in the order and got our appetizer within 5 minutes!!! Got to eat some of it and then our food was served shortly after. Was some of the best service I’ve had. Super fast, hot, and fresh food. Service was excellent!!!

I had high expectations and everything was good up until I tasted the food. Very bland and not the right flavors...I was shocked when I got cornbread with my beans and rice lol not authentic what so ever. The margaritas were very good but not strong enough.

Very attentive staff with quick seating and service. The food had great flavor and portion size. For the price point you won't be disappointed. Located on a great centralized corner spot right off the main street of Gatlinburg makes it an awesome stop for your weekend trip.

The server was very friendly and accommodating. Place has a good vibe to it along with the scenery nearby. Shrimp fajita was good, have eaten better. Vegetarian fajita was decent. Fried ice cream was awesome. Tres leches was meh, i wouldn't worry about it. Maybe slightly overrated place though worth a visit. We didn't do drinks, though they looked appealing.

No reservations. They were very crowded the day we were there so they let us eat at the bar.
It was too crowded and most servers didn't have masks on.

You should actually call the restaurant and ask as I think I actually saw someone with a small dog in there. I know that most or all states do say yes to Service animals.
Trish's Diner is excellent but about 10 minutes east of town. Best breakfast for sure. Texas Roadhouse is decent if you like chains. Log cabin pancake House was quite good . Taste of Italy was excellent, but a bit east of town. Mountain edge grill has some great Bison burgers and the Ruben was definitely in the top 5 I've ever had.
