Very unprofessional and unwilling to help. Wouldn’t even answer my question. I never treat my customers or potential customers that way. Either help them or refer them elsewhere. Thanks for nothing👎🏽 P.s I had the saw and chain with me but wasn’t even given the opportunity to pull it out. He was more worried about consuming his lunch while the others that were present didn’t so much as turn around. The saw was not broke or in need of repair it was just a question that I had and the company I bought it from referred me to them.
