If you are looking for beautiful fabrics and design ideas for your windows, followed by expert installation service, look no further than The Shade Store! Tamiko was such a pleasure to work with - it was like she read my mind and knew exactly what to suggest, offering me several options of fabrics and styles to chose from. She made the process - from design to measuring to installation - stress-free and fun. Albert, the installation person, was on time, very friendly, efficient, and went the extra mile bagging his drill so there was minimal dust generated. He even gathered all the packing materials and offered to take it all down to my apartment recycling/garbage when the job was finished. I am so happy with my new blinds and drapes! Thank you!

I cannot recommend The Shade Store highly enough! I worked with Tomiko, who has exquisite taste and helped me to decide which styles, fabrics and colors would work best for my rooms. I was not at all rushed and was provided with fabric options to try out at home. She spent the time in the store to help me know in advance, the price of each option. I left the store very satisfied.I was also emailed the description and cost of my options that day. Tomiko was also patient and helpful when I returned and wanted to review my choices. She helped me feel comfortable with my decisions calming my anxiety about making the best choice. I was also pleasantly surprised that it would only take about three weeks to receive and install the blinds. Both the technician who measured and the one who installed were SO nice ( and neat). Shade store for the win! Great experience in store, the team was wonderful and helped us find the right material and style, which was perfect for our new home. The installation was great and the team was respectful and professional- best of all, ahead of schedule. Nicely done-

Horrible experience. I bought a new home and spent over $8k at this place, service seemed great at first but the order was fulfilled in numerous delivery dates with incorrect products, duplicative products and multiple installation appointments. I complained and they told me they would correct the first of several mistakes - 1 week later they mailed me a notice they planted a tree in my name (their charitable tax donation, was somehow their idea of good customer service??) Two months later, I still do not have the shades they charged me for. I've emailed them and called the store, left voicemails and no one has helped me. How does a store like this survive? I assume they are going out of business. I would stay away and am getting a lawyer involved - another waste of money.
