Really great time! My partner and I came for a sushi/tempora class and learned so much, the vibe was relaxing and friendly, the food was delicious, and the class was well-structured. Would recommend to anyone looking for a cool cooking class.

No experience is ever needed at MCA. The Chefs will guide you through every aspect of the menu preparation and answer your questions as we cook.
MCA is a recreational cooking school we do not have students who are entering the culinary industry. You can try Bergen Community College
Hi Michele! We will be offering a knife skills Vegetarian Mediterranean cuisine class in April
2-5 is a mommy and me baking class. I would recommend you start there. The general kids classes are not available until age 7. Those are drop off classes, no parents.
