**updated 10/5/2022** While there have been some issues with the new owners of the building, Tom our property manager has expertly addressed each issue and even quickly rectified any superficial issue within the building. I noticed a new coat of paint in the hallways and a new set of shelves in the main entrance to reduce package clutter. Tom even caught me to discuss these issues in person and to update me on the progress of any ongoing work. Truly the best and most attentive property manager I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with. Still love living here! I am so happy to live here! Tom Mesters the property manager has done so much for the living experience here! He’s installed community bikes, an updated common area, picnic tables, and organizes charitable events on a regular basis. Plus my apartment is spacious and I can’t hear my neighbors!

Great apartment! The staff here is excellent but the seafood smell can sometimes be a bit much.

Great place to live. I’ve lived in Morgan Properties since 2015, first in Rutherford and the last few years here in Montclair. Tom and his team are doing an excellent job - they’re always accessible and quick to respond to any questions. It’s an older building but the maintenance team is top notch. Sal goes above and beyond for the residents - he is just awesome. The neighbors are also very nice - a few weeks back I got stuck in the snow on my way to work and a few of them came out to help. Trust me, it was no small task either! If you’re looking for an apartment in Montclair where everyone looks out for each other, this is your place!

When is it available and how much is it
Good morning how much is the rent for a studio or 1bed apartment?
In select units there are washers and dryers. There is also a laundromat in the basement.
Breed restrictions include: Pit Bull, American Staffordshire Terrier, Rottweiler, Doberman Pinscher, Chow, German Shepard or any mix thereof.
We believe all reviews have merit and value. If there is a negative review we view this as an opportunity to grow and provide better service.
Heat and trash is included. The resident has the responsibility to pay for water usage, gas, and electric.
We ask that rent be paid online via a website that our residents have access to.
We have a lot with assigned parking. As of the date of this response the parking fee is $60 a month.
Not that I'm aware of. We've always had to take the stairs.
