Is taking advantage of veterans ok with the management at doug Henry? Because I've been treated poorly b6 employees at this location in Farmville and at the location in Goldsboro...I will never buy a vehicle nor will I ever deal with yall never again

This by far has been the worse experience that I have ever experienced at any dealership. I traded in a 2022 Toyota Highlander to get a 2022 Buick Encore GX. It has honestly been a nightmare from the time I left this dealership. Somehow or another Toyota was not allowing Doug Henry to Pay off for the highlander. After about 1 week of me having the Buick, Kevin called me and told me what was going on. He stated that I had to bring the Buick back or go to Toyota and pay off for the Highlander myself. I asked how was this possible when I had already recieved paper work for the Buick from GM and the bank stating that it was my vehicle. 3 weeks later I was still having to go back and fourth from Greenville to farmille and Goldsboro. Doug Henry didn't care that I was missing work to go to all these places. They didnt care about the gas I was wasting. They didnt care about my time being wasted. I was the only one that was being inconvenienced throughout this entire experience. They didnt set up a date or time for my first service, didn't show me anything about the new vehicle, NOTHING! Who ever is reading this, PLEASE dont not go to this dealership! They are all about making a sale thats it! No care for the customer what so ever.
