Had my Jeep serviced here for the first time today, overall was a good experience, it was 15 minute wait before Jeep got inside then about another 45 minutes for service. Everyone friendly, even the owner stopped and introduced himself. Only negative was there was no hook in ladies room to hang my purse and jacket on, I had to sit them on a dirty floor, it could use a good cleaning.

My experience with Carville has been that they are Best In Class. They took in a challenging repair, communicated the entire why, made sure that I fully understood the timeframe and specifics of the repairs, and did it professionally. James, Bobby (from service) and Mark (their master diesel technician) where fantastic. Great guys with a customer service mindset that shines through. We’ll done gentleman. It was a pleasure!!!

All new Ram diesels come with a 5 year 100k mile powertrain warranty. Exclusive to our store we do include a limited Lifetime Powertrain on New vehicles however Diesel engines are not included. The lifetime powertrain includes engine, transmission, drive axle and a towing allowance. Please stop by and we will gladly show you details regarding the program.

I didn't know they had any. I am currently looking into a lawyer. I had a horrible experience with them and they really did me dirty. I do not recommend them.
