Jimmy Mallory, the service manager to the collision body shop is wonderful !!! He was the receptionist and he washed the car himself for me. On a Saturday. I could cry. People who take care of people give me so much hope. I am thankful for this person.

This past Friday morning (Oct 7th), I brought my truck in for an oil change and tire rotation. Knowing that Friday’s are busy, I arrived at 0650, 10 minutes before the service dept opened, and I was 7th in line. Once the dept opened, the service advisor greeted me and I explained the services I needed. I then asked if the services could be completed by 0900 being that I have another appt at 0945. He said, “that should be no issue being I was one of the first customers.” I sat in the waiting area until about 0900 when the advisor said my vehicle was ready. When I started checking out he said the tire rotation was not completed, but could bring the vehicle back anytime for the service. I said ok, once he rung up the sale, he handed me a set of keys that weren’t mine. He said ok, and would be back. Five minutes later, he brought me another set of keys that weren’t not mine neither. He said, they were having issues and would be back. About five minutes later he came back with my keys then said, “he had bad news.” He explained no services (oil change nor tire rotation) had been completed. I inquired why and he said, “a tech pulled in another vehicle in ahead of mine.” He asked if I could come back Monday or Tuesday for the services. I explained I couldn’t because I work Monday - Friday, 50 plus hours a week and take one day off a month for appts including vehicle maintenance. He asked if I could wait a minute so he could have the service manager come over. I said yes, but when he returned, he said the manager was with an employee and it would be a few minutes. I told him I didn’t have time being it was almost 0920 and had another appt, but would like the service manager to call me. He said, the manager would call me. It is Sunday morning, 48 hours later, and I haven’t received a call. I purchased my vehicle at the Chevy dealership a year ago and since that time, I have brought the vehicle in two other times for service with no issues. Needless to say, waiting two hours for service and then being told nothing was completed is extremely frustrating.

I do not recommend using sandy sansing Jeep ram in Foley. They are not giving accurate car fax, I messaged the sales person that following Monday asking why I’m finding broken glass everywhere and still started it was not in a wreck. That they just “replaced” the windshield (which there has to be a reason on why they would replace it) I was given a car that stated it was not in a wreck come to find out 2 weeks later it was in a wreck. I went to the dealership to get another vehicle. The sales person said they would sell me another car for the same price . And when we got in I was just being lied to. They tried to add on 12000 on top of another car stating that I was already upside in the car I just bought 20 days ago. Worse experience yet. I’ve never had this happen and will not advise anyone to go there.
