This week I finally got my dream car! I got a new RAV4 Hybrid in Calvary Blue and she is a beauty…It took a few weeks for it to come in but it was definitely worth the wait! The reason I drive from Crestview to Pensacola is because of Sawyer…This is the third vehicle he has helped my family with and he is just a class act. Excellent service. But left a note to only perform one service, and not the other more expensive services. Message was not received, and all services were done. They were done correctly. But I found someone who could’ve done them for half, and didn’t want them done. But they were done anyways

If you enjoy high pressure intimidation tactics being used on you while you're trying to pick your vehicle out, this is the place to go! Don't bother giving your phone number because you won't get a call back either.

This dealership lured me in with a deal where they would sell me a vehicle at MSRP. When they found a vehicle similar to what I wanted they would not honor the MSRP agreement. Pathetic sales tactic to get people to come in. If you want a Toyota at MSRP, give Toyota of Panama City a Call. They sell at MSRP. I ended up with a Honda because Honda of Pensacola sells at MSRP. Don’t pay fair market adjustments when you can get vehicles at MSRP. Take your time and shop. There are dealers who will work with you. No need to pay an extra 4,000 to 7,000 in mark ups when there is already a mark up built into the MSRP. They are robbing you.

They have a skeleton crew on Saturdays...if you want to have fast service, have an appointment on a weekday. I usually go on Friday mornings and I'm out in 90 mins or less.
They are open 7am to 7pm during the week, 7am to 4pm on Saturday, and closed on Sunday. It's also listed on their website.
