Not everyone at this Home Depot is as knowledgeable as they should be. For example, I could not find somebody that knew about paint in the paint department. However, they spent some time and they figured it out. I was there for a while, but they wouldn't give up till they got it right. So I like that. Plus everyone that worked with me was very helpful. Much better than the Home Depot on Murray Boulevard.

Extremely disappointed. I had carpet installed in November within a couple weeks I had noticed several areas not tacked down, cut too big or cut too small. I scheduled 5 separate appointments for them to come back out and fix the issues only to have them not show up. I’d get a confirmation text in the morning that they were coming and then they’d just not show. Here I am 6 months later, still nothing is fixed and Home Depot is saying they won’t fix what was installed incorrectly unless I pay for it. So you made me pay $4,000+, did an extremely poor job and won’t fix your mistakes.

I purchased a Traeger Pro 780 wifi pellet grill and smoker. After it was delivered, I started looking through the materials and instructions I realized it was missing the drip pan and liner, the drip bucket, and the meat temperature probe. I called the store (#4018 S. Beaverton, OR) and was told that they had these items and I could come down and pick them up. I drove to the store the next day, picked up the missing items and returned home to find out that the drip pan was too large for my grill. I called the store again, and they told me that they do have the right one and to bring back the one I had and get the correct one. I drove immediately back and the new one was the same size as the one I was just given. With the help of a floor salesman, we realized that I had been delivered the wrong grill. I received the Traeger 575 instead of the 780. The customer service desk personnel said they'd make the arrangements to have it picked up and the proper one delivered. Four days later they picked up the 575 and dropped off the 780. I immediately noticed damage to the hopper and pointed this out to the delivery driver, who called his supervisor, who told me I had to call Home Depot to make the replacement. Why was something this damaged even loaded on a truck? I talked with a supervisor who said she'd make the arrangements to have a new one exchanged for the damaged one. I didn't hear a word all day. In the evening I called back and was told it had been ordered and should be there that day, but they didn't know what time. Four days later and I heard nothing from the store and got tired of calling back and having to re-explain the situation every time (doesn't anyone take notes?). Finally got them to just take it back and refund my purchase. Horrible service, horrible communication, inept employees. I will never buy from Home Depot again.

I love HOME DEPOT!! An item was locked and needed an associate to open it, Darlene was there at the right time. She went and called the person who could open it, came back and waited with me for a couple of minutes and went back again to call. She was so helpful and made me feel important. Darlene stopped what she was doing to help me. And did not leave me until she knew I was taken cared of. Thank you so Darlene!!!

Not any longer, either rent a tile saw or if you're working on a lg project it would be worth while to buy and inexpensive saw
You need to explain what IT is that you want to use on a painted door in order to determine if it will work
They have screw on type as well as suction cup type. Don't bother with the suction type if you need help getting in & out. They are only good for keeping you steady if you lose your balance when you close your eyes for shampooing and such. You honestly need the security of the screw on type of it's an assistance bar. Preferably into solid bracing behind the enclosure if possible!

Again, we're "local experts", not the store. I've been there many times but, unlike the amazing employees who seem to know exactly what and where everything is, I don't! Phone them!
