Went in for cat litter, store had pallets everywhere, items piled up blocking aisles. There was not enough room to move around freely and shop. Left without purchasing anything due to the situation

The staff was very nice, don't get me wrong. It's quite frustrating when I've had multiple vets and groomers recommend giving my dog Trazodone before an appointment, I mention it out of courtesy, then had to reschedule because they can't be on relaxants. So, keep her extremely anxious from past groomers who mishandled her? Fantastic.

The staff is ultra friendly (they deserve a star), but the attached photo is what I had to crawl over in order to access my purchases. This definitely is not ADA compliant. I was hoping the store renovations would make them stop stacking things in the aisles.
