I had a great experience with this company. I'm from Salem and there aren't a lot of options for TV repair down here. Geek Squad is pretty much it and they won't even look at a TV unless you by their 'plan' for 200 bucks up front. I purchased my Hisense 50" TV for under $400 and I didn't see Geek Squad as an option. Pro TV charges a modest fee to investigate the problem and will deduct that from the final cost. In the end, I ended up spending a total of just under 200 to have the main board replaced. This was a couple of months ago and it's still working great. Even with the drive to and from Portland, it was totally worth it. They're fast, affordable and professional. I love that it's a small family business and I would much rather my money support them than a corporate entity. Thanks, Pro TV.

I had my LG tv screen go out under warranty. Parts took awhile to get in, but when they did, they had me set up for them to come out the same week and it took about 25 min for them to swap parts. Super friendly and super professional
