Dropped truck off for service at appointment scheduled time of 7am. Met with service advisor and was told that i would be contacted when truck was completed. I finally called at 315pm to find out what was going on and was told truck was done and could pick up. Upon arrival I had to wait a few minutes as other customers were picking up their vehicles from same service advisor. I listened to my service advisor explain to the other customers what was done to their vehicle and that they had it washed and vacuumed out for the customer and their vehicle would be brought up to service bay exit for them. i was told what was done to my vehicle, no discussion about 'World Class Inspection" and then was told I could walk to my vehicle in the Express service parking lot. No wash or vacuum discussion and walk to other lot to get vehicle. It should be every customer is treated same, no matter what. Your World Class Service is a joke.

Great experience from the time I walked in. Friendly staff. So helpful. I did not purchase vehicle at this location, but the staff really helped me and provided advice on the car. Definitely will return for more service. Great people.

I bought a Frontier at Sandy Sansing 3 years ago.My wife saw some scratches in it so we went to the dealership the next day. They said they would buff them out and gave us a rental car.The people at the rental car desk were very impolite and abusive,so we went home and got our other car. They did an excellent job and the scracthes were gone.My wife and I decided we really liked the look of the fancy Altima and that would be the next car we would buy.Two years later, we were returning to Sandy Sansing to buy the car.On the way there we started talking about the bad experience with the rental car people,so we went to Honda and bought the Accord.I had not been to Sandy Sansing for almost three years but I thought I should go before the warrenty ran out.I dealt with a fellow by the name John Chambers. He was very helpful and courteous. He was respectful and The service was excellent.I will definately consider Sandy Sansing when purchasing our next vehicle.(but not for a car rental)

It's a lot of shady stuff going on there. Long story short. Keith said I was approved by the bank 47days later I had to return the car & they sold my trade so now I'm w/o a car. How can they do that on a deal that didn't have the right documents?

What are the Covid safety practices like here?

The employees wear masks and there are bottles of hand sanitize everywhere. They keep a good distance from people. I instinctively reached out to hand shake and the guy put his elbow out instead. They're very mindful.

Is that $599 charge added to the price of the cars that you sell supposed to cover some gas in the tank as well or should customers push their cars to the station after buying them there? Nobody responded to my E-Mail so we'll try this....

New cars that are purchased always have full tank of gas... Pre-owned cars only get 5 gallons... The fee you mentioned is less than most other dealers fee... That is for administration and processing for the tag and registration etc.....Hope this helps with your question... Sounds like you bought a used car if you did not have a full tank of gas... Gas is a expense of operating a car...Just like your home...power, water,phone.. Would you ask the person who sold you your home to pay your bills?
