You can’t make this stuff up. Didn’t have my reservation. Sent me to another location. Picked up that trailer which had a bad surge brake trailer 1061n. Damaged my truck 2021 vehicle they said damaged leaf springs and twisted axle was wear and tear... Then with the safetow this location lied and said it had brake fluid when it did not. They watched me take pictures and video them saying the trailer should not have been hooked up at the other location. Like be smarter than that... Needless to say I’ll be taking them through a litigation which is hard for the average person with their and arbitration agreement. Luckily when they lied during the claim they created a fraud to void their arbitration agreement. Which is ridiculous. Aside from the gross negligence of hooking that trailer up to my truck, if my 1 year old daughter was in the vehicle that blunt impact of a 2200 pound trailer would have been a very serious issue. I would definitely never use their trailers again. Side note I’m a current and long time master technician and never even loaded the trailer after I safely got off the road.

I returned a trailer I had rented to this location. It was the BEST location I have ever seen. Very organized and friendly. Easy to follow signs. They disconnected the trailer and I pulled out. Great job!!
