I bought a car here in 2008 (that ironically because of it being totaled 12.03.21 is the reason for returning in order for my second son to get a vehicle since it was his). I helped my second son with shopping for a car since this was his first PURCHASE of a car since January. We searched, viewed and test drove too many cars to even remember at too many dealerships than one should have to. We stopped by CarMax one day, spontaneously, and I remembered why I have always told people to go here...the EXPERIENCE is one you'll never have at any other dealership. You aren't pressured, stalked, lied to or even have to spend hours to just negotiate. BONUS : it's peace of mind that you won't leave this place with something you won't have for a long time (if you do your part). My son felt the same experience from the first second we stepped in and I wish I would've just started here because I know he would've had a car before now and not so many negative events during his first car purchase experience. He purchased a 2015 Kia Forte on April 2, 2022 for a great price and I couldn't be any more proud of him. His sales associate, Ms. Fitzpatrick, top notch ! Salesmen are always great and have a wonderful attitude. Got two cars appraised. One was a instant offer we had done prior and the other was getting done that day. Sold them the instant offer but the other offer was too low and took it elsewhere. Back of the house and paperwork processing takes a very long time and needs to be improved. Bought a car from Tesla with a trade in and it only took around 40 minutes rather than the almost 3 hours we were at Carmax to sell one vehicle that already had an instant offer.

Yes. But only if I can get a guarantee and extended warranty if something was wrong. I know someone Who got a car from that car place that you order it online and they deliver the car to you and she has had no problems with it whatsoever

CarMax is more than safe when it comes to Covid. .
Usually within 24 hours or so. It's rather quick. However, there process takes almost 3 hours plus to complete so plan on being there a while. They don't tell you that and don't believe what they tell you. Read everything.

Their website has a link to answer some questions about trades. While we were there, we noticed many dumpsters with old parts and stuff. So, yea I'm sure they take care of something minor like that

Monday thru Saturday they close at 9p. Sunday’s they close at 7p.
The service center is only open Monday through Friday
