I've brought it there 3 times now. First time, I had an issue with the A/C. They told me I had a leak, they fixed it, my A/C was working fine for about 2 days then stopped working. I brought it back since they're supposed to fix it without charge if their fix didn't work. They told me that didn't apply because it was a different issue, it was my compressor now. They replaced the compressor, and the A/C was working again. It still occasionally acts up so there's clearly still something else going on. Third time I brought it there was for an oil change and tire rotation. They did it in 2 hours, very quick, very efficient. I picked it up and a day later, my car sounds like a Harley Davidson. No clue what they did but now I'll be taking it to a mechanic who will actually fix my issues not create new ones. Not sure if it's just negligence or if they like to damage things on purpose so you come back and they make more money on labor. Safe to say I won't be taking it back ever again. I want someone to just FIX my car problems, not fix one problem and cause another.

Very very poor customer service it been two years since they cheated me .and I never had a problems with service at their competters.a potion of their business is people being cheater by pep boys hicksville

people inside clueless, needed a tire and man was insisting on selling me a set of 4 or 5. then went on about how my car is awd so i need them all, but it isn’t, and when i told him it’s 2wd he started telling me my car is fwd, which it is not. very not understanding of what the consumer needs
