I have to admit I snobbishly wasn’t expecting to find a gem like her in a strip mall on Long Island! Paulette is AMAZING. She has years of experience and is constantly improving her game by educating herself in various techniques. She understands the body and is quite intuitive. Her mission is to find out your problem QUICKLY and get it solved IN ONE SESSION. Whatever she has to do to accomplish that she will - deep tissue, stretching, cupping, Reiki.. she knows it all! Note: Tell the front desk person what kind of massage you are looking for and they can recommend a therapist who specializes in that. They really know their therapists styles! I had a great experience here! I received a gift card and got the Swedish massage with the hot stone add-on. My massage therapist, Stephanie, was awesome! We spoke before the massage to confirm pressure and areas of concern. A little after beginning, she confirmed the pressure was ok. She made me feel completely at ease and relaxed. Definitely recommend the hot stone add on, well worth it! Will definitely be returning!
