When I started meditation I was at a crossroads in my life. I had become completely consumed with the fear of the unknown about my future, and wether or not I was making the right choices moving forward. With the walls of my existence seemingly crashing down around me all at once, I looked for a way out of my own internal prison. With the help of this meditation and the support and guidance from this community, I’ve learned how to cope with my insecurities and try and see things from others peoples perspectives. Overall I have become more patient, confident, open minded, and free from the burdens of my own point of view.

I am very grateful to have found this Meditation Center, I stared 3 and a half months ago and from the first day I could feel change in my daily life, less stress, more inner peace, you leave your attachments and above all leave behind the past. I recommend to all people who want to make positive changes in their lives, the method that they use in incredible and super easy. my special thanks to the helpers Cerina and Youn, who are always there to help- me in the process of improving my daily life, thanks again for all your support and treat me as a family.

I originally found Plainview Meditation on Groupon a few years ago. I had been meditating using the Calm app, but wanted to go deeper and learn more. For years, I had health problems, anxiety and stressed out about everything. The Mediation method here has taught me a lot about myself and how to live in the now. The helpers Youn and Cerena are amazing people that I now call friends. They motivate you to be a better person. I would definitely recommend meditating here.

I was dealing with lot of anxiety and health related issues in March 2021, and I searched and came across this meditation center and decided to give it a shot. I am glad I did. Initially I was skeptical but I stuck with the method that the instructors explain and little by little my anxiety lessened and I was able to enjoy my summer. I continue to be part of this center and always look forward to joining and be in meditation. I highly recommend this center for anyone and everyone who want to enhance their life and want to connect with everything around them.
