Great facility! The staff are so helpful, patient and friendly. I spoke with Dillon to get my pre-op exercise program started and he was just wonderful.

I was targeted there by staff members as well as others, and intentionally made to feel uncomfortable and eventually I had no choice but to stop being a member here. I thought I had something good now that I have insurance that pays for a membership here, but I didn't enjoy coming back here at all. I tried wearing headphones there for a while too but after a while it seemed the best solution is to stop going here altogether and never go back again. If I had been targeted by other members, that would have been one thing, but several staff members chipped in to mistreat me and made it more than I wanted to ever deal with again. There was a guy there named Zach and never treated me badly there, but the daytime woman at the front desk as well as some other guy that I think is one of the trainers, are both guilty of doing their part to target and help victimize me and I don't appreciate it. Enjoy your well deserved negative feedback.

I walked in and when I asked where a place was the tall gentleman said read the sign with a smart mouth did not where the place was. The employee needs to treat people better the that that's a sorry attitude to have with the public.

Depends on the day
At this time masks are required as you enter and exit the facility, in common areas and when transitioning equipment. You are not required to wear a mask while working out.
Right now they have a 2 year contract. $40 per month and the first month is $20.22
Yes I think it may be $5 for the day pass.
IDK my wife takes care of that but even if they don't the cost I reasonable.
$49 a month for a 1 year contract, $40 a month for a 2 year contract.

It's more crowded in the area used for core strengthening before joint replacement surgery than the rest of the areas. I have not seem anyone waiting for a machine. Good luck!
